Metrics Review. We review your analytics in an effort to understand patterns. Where are current users coming from? Where in the funnel are they dropping off, bouncing or simply not finding the information they are looking for? Who is converting and from what mediums and campaigns? Are your metrics set up correctly? Are you using the right tools? And finally, do your metrics align with your stated goals and objectives?

Content engagement review. We provide thorough consideration of how we can significantly improve the member experience. We review existing content across all properties. This information is then aligned to audience needs. This analysis informs a review of site architecture, identifies content gaps and is used to analyze:

  • Where content is consistent – and not consistent – with your overall messaging and branding

Accessibility review (optional). This report is a comprehensive assessment of how accessible your main website is for users with disabilities. We will identify any compliance issues that may hinder their online experience

Usability testing (optional). One of the best ways to ensure you are serving your customers on your website effectively is to hold usability testing. This is one of the most cost effective ways of ensuring you are getting a good return on your website investment. Usability testing asks, “Can users complete necessary tasks with efficiency and effectiveness?”. The type of usability testing and methodology will be determined based on your needs.
